  17. I just download the Kermit 3.14 DOS version.  I tried to use "telnet 
  18. host" and has error message "cannot access IP type packets" and 'Unable 
  19. to initialize TCP/IP system, quiting".  I modify the "mscustom.ini" file 
  20. to fit my IP address and domain address.  It still the same.  Can anyone 
  21. tell me why?
